Role Overview: Customer Service with a Real Impact

This role is about ownership of outcomes, process discipline, and consistent execution under pressure.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce high standards in client communication and trust-building
• Ensure accuracy in information gathering, verification, and case evaluation
• Drive speed and efficiency in transaction execution
• Oversee documentation precision and compliance with legal requirements
• Manage and guide negotiation strategy and pricing decisions
• Maintain operational consistency across all locations and teams
• Identify breakdowns and implement process improvements and accountability systems

A core responsibility of this role is leading the evaluation and execution of every bond .

This includes the ability to:

• Assess all individuals involved in each situation
• Evaluate the circumstances surrounding each arrest
• Build trust with families while maintaining objective decision-making
• Identify risks and determine viable, responsible solutions
• Evaluate financial resources, stability, and follow-through capability
• Make decisions that protect both the client and the company

Every bond decision must balance:

• The individual in custody
• The cosigner(s) and family
• Company risk and financial responsibility
• Legal and court system requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
