Phone Support & Work Order Dispatcher

Job Summary:
We're on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Admin Support Specialist to serve as the front-line point of contact for incoming service calls. This role involves coordinating with field drivers, managing call intake, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication between customers and our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can quickly learn our systems and scripts and represent our company professionally on every call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls from customers requesting service
• Coordinate and communicate directly with field drivers regarding job assignments and status updates
• Log and track service requests using our dispatch software
• Follow provided scripts to ensure consistent, professional customer interactions
• Monitor and manage service requests coming through partner network platforms
• Maintain accurate records of calls and jobs in our tracking system
• Provide timely updates to customers on service status and timing
• Escalate urgent or complex issues appropriately

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with dispatch or field service management software
• Strong phone communication skills with clear, professional English
• Ability to quickly learn and follow structured call scripts
• Comfortable coordinating with field-based team members in real time
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Background in roadside assistance, logistics, or dispatch-related industries
• Familiarity with VoIP phone systems
• Experience working night or evening shifts
