PHONICS TEACHER & MASTER TRAINER (Female)
Job Summary

We are looking for qualified & experienced Phonics Teachers to join our team and wear multiple hats - of phonics teacher & trainer, facilitator, innovator, subject matter researcher, and course-developer to research, design and teach our existing and new Phonics courses, trainings & workshops.

Responsiblities and Duties

• Conducting train the trainer (online and offline) sessions for aspiring Phonics teachers, assess them after the training, seek feedback and continue to guide & support them through solving their queries & conducting regular refresher training.
• Conducting online and offline sessions for 1-to-1 / small batch of students for the subject.
• Carry out in-depth research for new trends in the subject domain & guide the management in incrementally improving the subject syllabus.
• Create supporting material / media (audio, video, etc).

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified as a Phonics teacher.
• Previous work experience teaching Phonics preferred.
• Well-versed with online teaching techniques and tech-savvy.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule.
