About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Photo Booth Attendants to help bring our events to life!

You’ll be more than just the person operating the equipment. You’ll be one of the faces of our company, helping guests feel comfortable, encouraging participation, and making sure everyone has an amazing experience.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to have fun while staying professional, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.

Whether it’s a wedding, birthday celebration, corporate gathering, or special event, your job is to help create an experience guests will remember.

No previous photo booth experience? No problem! We’re happy to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, set up, and break down photo booth equipment before and after events.
• Operate the photo booth and assist guests throughout the event.
• Interact with guests, encourage participation, and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Bring positive energy, especially when working with guests who may be shy or hesitant.
• Keep the photo booth area, props, and equipment clean, organized, and presentable.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues when needed (training provided).
• Help promote Lead With Love Creative by sharing information about our services, encouraging social media engagement, and handing out business cards when appropriate.
• Communicate professionally with clients, event coordinators, vendors, and other team members.
• Follow event instructions, arrive on time, and ensure everything runs smoothly from beginning to end.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Friendly, outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking with people.
• Reliable and punctual. We need people who take their commitments seriously.
• Able to work independently, follow instructions, and take initiative when needed.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with large groups of people.
• Able to lift and move equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable learning and using photo booth software and basic technology.
• Available for weekend events, primarily Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays, with occasional weekday opportunities.
• Willing to travel to events throughout Texas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• iPhone 13 or newer for event software and photos.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, photography, or entertainment is a plus, but not required.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings great energy, has a positive attitude, and genuinely enjoys helping people have a good time.

Scheduling & Availability

This is a flexible, event-based position, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to earn additional income alongside another job, school, or other commitments.

Please note: This is not a traditional part-time position with guaranteed weekly hours.

Our event schedule varies throughout the year. Some weeks may have multiple events, while others may have none.

When an event is booked, we’ll reach out ahead of time with the details and check your availability before assigning you.

We understand that everyone has other commitments, so flexibility works both ways. However, once you accept an event, we expect you to follow through and be dependable.

Most on-site event shifts range from approximately 3–8 hours, including setup, event operation, and breakdown. Out-of-town assignments may require additional travel time.

Travel Requirements

While we’re based in the Austin area, Lead With Love Creative serves clients throughout Texas.

Our events may take place in:

• Austin and surrounding communities
• San Antonio
• Houston
• Dallas / Fort Worth
• Other Texas cities and surrounding areas

We’re looking for team members who are comfortable traveling outside the Austin area when needed.

Some events may involve several hours of travel, evening or late-night schedules, and returning home after the event.

Travel arrangements, expectations, and compensation will be discussed before each assignment. You’ll always receive advance notice whenever possible.

You won’t be expected to accept every event, but flexibility and willingness to travel are important qualities we’re looking for.

Our Hiring Process

We like to keep things simple and personal.

If your application looks like a good fit, we’ll start with a quick phone screening to get to know you, learn about your availability, and answer any initial questions.

From there, selected candidates will be invited for an in-person interview where we’ll talk more about the role, expectations, travel, and how our events typically operate.
