Basic Requirements

• 3+ years of strong experience in the field of automation testing of software products and web/mobile applications using the structured testing methodology.
• Bachelor?s or master?s degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

Technical Skills

• Great coding skills (Java and Python) and solid skills in framework design;
• Knowledge of fundamentals of QA methodology. A QA automation engineer should be well-versed in manual and automated testing;
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, XML.
• Proficient in using various tools, such as Maven, Selenoid, and JUnit.
• Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium), and ready-made automation frameworks (Serenity BDD, Cypress).
• Proficiency with various mobile automation testing tools, API testing tools (JMeter, REST Assured), and continuous integration tools (Teamcity, Bamboo, Jenkins).
• Experience in Performance and scalability testing is a plus.

Soft Skills

• A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with ideas about a topic.
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a team player.
• Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
• Someone having the urge to stay updated with the latest trends and practices
• Complex problem solving by the method of identification and solution research and implementation.
• Someone who is innately curious and motivated.

Additional Skills

• Using patterns Page Object, Factory in automation.
• Experience in CI and CD.
• Experience with cloud computing services, like GCP or AWS
• Experience with Databases like MySQL.
