We are looking for a creative and strategic 'Photographer'.

Position as mentioned below:

* Experience : 0 - 1 Year

* Required Qualifications:

• Shoot on-ground news, political events, rallies, press conferences, and field stories across West Bengal
• Deliver quick-turnaround, publish-ready images for breaking news cycles
• Capture portrait, candid, and event photography for features and interviews
• Edit and color-grade photos to match brand style guidelines
• Coordinate with reporters and social team to source visuals aligned with story angles
• Build and maintain an organized photo archive/asset library

Bonus points for:

• Experience with a news outlet or press photography
• Basic videography/reels shooting skills
• Familiarity with West Bengal's political and cultural landscape.

*Job Responsibilities:

• Strong portfolio showing news, event, or political/documentary photography
• Hands-on skill with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and editing tools (Lightroom/Photoshop)
• Ability to work on-field, on short notice, and under tight deadlines
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, and storytelling through images
• Comfortable traveling across West Bengal for coverage
