Photographer

As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos for various marketing materials, product showcases, and social media campaigns. You will plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring the proper lighting, composition, and equipment setup for optimal results. Post-production editing will be a key part of your role, enhancing images to meet brand standards. You will ensure timely delivery of assets, optimize them for various platforms, and implement feedback to maintain high-quality standards. Staying updated with photography trends, you will bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.

Core Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images for various purposes, including product/ service photography.
• Plan and execute video shoots for merchants, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and sound quality.
• Edit and enhance photos/videos using professional software to meet branding and client expectations.
• Work closely with creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Retouch and edit images to enhance quality (wherever required), including color correction, background removal, and applying creative effects.
• Deliver finalized images/videos in the required format and resolution.
• Stay updated on the latest photography trends and techniques to deliver fresh and innovative content.
• Provide input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions to enhance visual storytelling.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to project deadlines.
• Open for 6 day working model
• Must contain his/ her own laptop to process the request.
• Candidate must have the required photography equipment to ensure the betterment of the shoot
• Candidate must have his own personal vehicle to cover the business shoot
• Photographers must report to the office on a daily basis without fail (in case the shoot is not aligned).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing various photography styles.
• Knowledge of creative tools is must (especially Canva)
• Proficiency in photography and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, After Effect.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Exclusions

• Travel allowance post 70 Km is covered (internally & externally)
• For internal photographers, its WFO (incase shoot is not aligned)
• Photographers needs to carry there own equipments (lens, lights etc) for shoot
