About the Role

We are looking for a Junior PHP Laravel Developer to join our development team in Amritsar. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who have a good understanding of PHP and Laravel and are looking to build their career in web and application development.

The selected candidate will work on real-world projects involving web development, backend development, and APIs for mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Assist in developing backend systems and REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Work with MySQL databases, queries, relationships, and data management.
• Write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
• Fix bugs and troubleshoot application issues.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Work with frontend developers to connect backend functionality with web interfaces.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Understand project requirements and implement assigned features.
• Learn and follow development best practices and coding standards.
• Work on existing as well as new PHP/Laravel projects.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of PHP.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Laravel.
• Understanding of MVC architecture.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL and databases.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of experience in PHP/Laravel development.
• Freshers with relevant academic, personal, or internship projects are welcome to apply.
• Candidates should have a willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.
• Candidates with hands-on Laravel projects will be preferred.

Good to Have

• Internship or project experience in PHP/Laravel.
• Experience creating or consuming APIs.
• Basic knowledge of mobile application backend development.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Basic understanding of hosting/server deployment.

Important Requirement

Candidates must bring their own laptop for work.

This is a full-time work-from-office position in Amritsar, Punjab.
