Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer with strong hands-on experience in Vtiger Open Source CRM to design, customize, develop, and maintain CRM solutions according to our business requirements.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently on Vtiger CRM customization, PHP development, database design, CRM workflows, custom modules, API integrations, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized CRM solutions using Vtiger Open Source CRM.
• Customize existing Vtiger modules, fields, layouts, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
• Develop custom Vtiger modules and extensions based on business requirements.
• Modify and extend Vtiger functionality using PHP and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Integrate CRM with websites, ERP systems, payment gateways, email/SMS services, WhatsApp, and other business applications.
• Design and optimize MySQL databases and SQL queries.
• Develop CRM automation, workflows, notifications, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and production problems.
• Maintain and enhance existing Vtiger CRM implementations.
• Work with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into scalable CRM solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation for customizations and integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with PHP.
• Strong knowledge of Vtiger CRM / Vtiger Open Source.
• Experience with Vtiger CRM customization and development.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and database design.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with REST API / SOAP API and third-party integrations.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX.
• Experience with CRM modules, workflows, custom fields, reports, and automation.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Vtiger CRM versions 7.x or later.
• Experience developing custom Vtiger modules and extensions.
• Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other PHP frameworks.
• Experience integrating payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, email, ERP, or accounting systems.
• Knowledge of Linux, Apache/Nginx, and server deployment.
• Experience with CRM-to-website and CRM-to-ERP integrations.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Previous hands-on experience with Vtiger CRM is strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand business processes and convert them into CRM workflows and technical solutions.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a development team.
• Strong ownership of development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
