Laravel Backend Developer

We are looking for a Laravel Backend Developer with at least 1 year of professional experience in PHP and Laravel. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in RESTful API development, database management, third-party integrations, authentication, and scalable backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using PHP and Laravel.
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and external web services.
• Develop optimized SQL queries and efficiently manage Eloquent ORM.
• Design and maintain scalable, well-structured relational database schemas.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and Laravel Sanctum.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and profile applications to improve performance, scalability, and response times.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with backend services.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following modern development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
• Work closely with development and project teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable backend solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong hands-on experience in RESTful API development, including endpoints, routing, request handling, validation, and responses.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Eloquent ORM and database optimization.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
• Experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative workflows.
• Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and token-based systems.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with caching, queues, background jobs, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
