• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript are valid and consistent across applications.

• Build and extend backend data services and REST APIs.

• Lead the entire web application development life cycle, from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.

• Communicate effectively on task progress, evaluations, schedules, and technical or process issues.

• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.

• Coordinate with co-developers and keep the project manager informed of development status, acting as a liaison between the development team and project management.

• Keep up with new trends and best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer.

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, MCA, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP (8.x) and modern Laravel (10.x or later).

• Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, and REST API design.

• Experience with software testing using PHPUnit.

• MySQL profiling and query optimization.

• Creative and efficient problem solver.

Good to Have

• Experience with Laravel Queues, Jobs, Events, and Scheduling.

• Experience implementing authentication with Laravel Sanctum or Passport.

• Familiarity with additional testing frameworks such as PHPSpec or Behat.

• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Redis for caching and queues.

• Exposure to third-party API integrations, including AI/LLM APIs.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of hands-on PHP/Laravel development experience.

• Available to work on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.

What You ll Get

• Ownership of the full application lifecycle across a range of client projects spanning Web, Mobile, AI, and Blockchain.

• Close collaboration with UX, front-end, and project management teams.

• A clear growth path toward a lead or architect-level engineering role.

• A collaborative, learning-focused engineering culture.
