Job Summary

Techars Solution is looking for a talented and motivated PHP Laravel Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong PHP and Laravel development skills, excellent English communication, and the confidence to participate in technical interviews and discussions with international clients.

This role is suitable for a developer who can work independently, manage projects, understand client requirements, and professionally represent Techars Solution under a Staff Augmentation Model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Independently manage and deliver assigned projects.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with databases and ensure efficient database design and queries.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in technical interviews and discussions with international clients.
• Clearly explain technical concepts, previous projects, and proposed solutions.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines.
• Represent Techars Solution confidently during client technical discussions and interviews.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a PHP Laravel Developer.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel Framework.
• Good understanding of MySQL/database concepts.
• Experience developing REST APIs and web applications.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frontend concepts.
• Good programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Confidence in participating in technical interviews with international clients.
• Ability to clearly explain technical experience and previous projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
• Experience with Staff Augmentation / Resource Augmentation is highly preferred.
• Strong professional attitude and sense of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

The selected candidate will communicate directly with international clients and may be required to participate in technical interviews and discussions.
