About the role
As a Clinical Appeals Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by handling inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from clients
- Provide assistance to clients
- Resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
About you
- Minimum 1-year BPO/CPO experience
- Minimum 1 year experience with InterQual or MCG
- Minimum 2 years bedside clinical experience, preferably in ICU, CCU, or ER
- College Graduate with valid PHRN license
- Available to start by Oct 5
