STRICT REQUIREMENTS

• Active PHRN License — REQUIRED
• Coding License/Certification — REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of Medical Coding experience in a BPO setting — REQUIRED
• 1–2 years of bedside hospital experience — REQUIRED
• Bedside experience in any of the following:
• Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
• ICU
• PACU
• Endoscopy
• Operating Room (OR)
• Cath Lab
• Strong clinical knowledge and medical terminology
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite
• Must be amenable to night shift

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for PHRNs with both bedside hospital and BPO Medical Coding experience to join a Healthcare BPO team in Ortigas.

The role involves reviewing medical records, analyzing clinical documentation, applying coding guidelines, and ensuring accurate coding based on clinical information.

This is a Healthcare BPO role and not bedside hospital work.
