Physical Design Engineer (MJ000165)

• Independent design and process development, from gate-level netlist to GDSII, covering 28nm/16nm/7nm/5nm/3nm nodes, including floor planning, power planning/analysis, placement and routing, static timing analysis, physical verification, and sign-off.
• Provide IP reinforcement/integration and verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote design integration and PPA optimization.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics, integrated circuits, physics, materials science, or related fields
• Experience in digital backend development is preferred.
• Possess strong technical comprehension and expression skills.
• Those with a master's degree or relevant project/internship experience are preferred. Self-motivated, strong communication skills, and a team player.
