Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a **Licensed Physical Therapist** to perform supervisory PT visits 1-2 days/week at an ALF on the northside. Position is consistent PRN. 401k is offered to all staff.

• Current license in Texas as an PT
• Familiarity with Net Health (Optima) for documentation is a plus, but training is available.
