Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretching, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Contribute to patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other caregivers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize effective communication skills to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

• **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Michigan
• 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or related experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
