PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT – FULL TIME - PARK AVENUE HEALTH & REHABILITATION – TUCSON, AZ

Park Avenue Health & Rehabilitation in Tucson, AZ, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

FULL TIME: Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $25 - $32/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred, but new grads welcome!
