Hennis Care Centre of Bolivar is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility. Our facility has four nursing units: Transitional Therapy, Rehab, Long-term Care and Memory Care. We strive to provide our residents and employees with the best care possible.

We are looking for reliable Physical Therapy Assistants to take excellent care of our residents while working together as a team, where you will:

• Provide appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible.
• Provide appropriate treatment, preventative measures, and adaptive equipment to prevent decline in residents' function.
• Provide appropriate resident or caregiver education to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible.
• Maintain timely and accurate resident reports as required by federal, state and local regulations.
• Maintain HIPPA at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Ohio
• Prior experience in long-term care/skilled nursing is a plus, but not required
• All applicants must complete a pre-employment physical as well as a drug and alcohol screen
• All applicants must have a criminal background check prior to employment

Job Type: PRN

Shifts: Occasional Friday, Saturday and Sunday's
