Advanced Therapy Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team in Chula Vista, California. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Duties

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.Accurately document patient progress and treatment interventions in a timely manner.Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs and injury prevention.Communicate effectively with therapists, physicians, and team members to ensure quality patient care.Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered attitude.

Requirements

Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license required.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and high-quality patient care.

Bilingual -English/Spanish Preferred

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
