This is an outpatient clinic with manual therapy. Manual Therapy skills can be taught on the job and with continuing education courses.

Duties

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Manual Therapy
• Perform therapeutic exercises
• Document clinical assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning accurately following clinical documentation standards.

Requirements

• Valid certification or licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in accordance with state regulations.
• knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical assessment documentation practices.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients of all ages and collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of care plans, discharge procedures, and clinical documentation standards.
