Physical Therapist Assistant

Top Tier Sports Medicine is searching for committed Full Time and Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant to work in our high volume outpatient clinic in Brevard County, FL. All shifts are up to 8 hours Monday - Fridays. Position is hourly based. Full time position includes a $1,000.00 sign on bonus. No weekends.

Responsibilities include:

Identify and meet patients goals and needs

Provide quality , personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions

Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally

Promote clients healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance and coordination

Consult with other health professionals

Monitor effects and communicate progress

Document patient care services

Skills:

Ability to manage patients with difference types of personalities

Current knowledge of treatment practices

Drive to continually learn and grow

Professionals behavior

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

PTA degree
