Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Associate Degree
• Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year of experience within the last two years as a Physical Therapy Assistant. License: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapy
  assistant or possess current certification as a physical therapy assistant/technician as determined by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Work Hours: Hours are listed in Central Time (CT). The current shifts are listed below but are subject to change. The Contractor shall furnish the services covered by this contract on all workdays as defined herein. Contractor may be required to furnish services on all calendar days, to include federal holidays. Actual shift hours may vary between the contractor, the hospitals and by specialties listed on this agreement.
