We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Omaha, providing coverage at two skilled nursing facilities.

This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys variety in their workday while building strong relationships with patients and therapy teams at both locations. You'll have the support of a collaborative clinical team and experienced leadership while helping residents improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Carry out individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
• Provide therapy coverage at two skilled nursing facilities in Omaha
• Maintain excellence in documentation, compliance, and clinical quality
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Nebraska PTA license or eligibility
• New graduate therapists encouraged to apply
• Ability to provide coverage at two locations in Omaha
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
