What they need
You Became a PTA to Help Physical Therapists Deliver Great Care. Here, You Actually Get to Do It.
If you became a Physical Therapist Assistant to work closely with PTs, help patients progress, and deliver care you can be proud of, you probably did not imagine a career spent rushing through visits or managing stacked schedules.
At Fusion Rehab & Wellness, the clinic is intentionally structured so PTs and PTAs can collaborate, communicate, and deliver thoughtful treatment plans that actually move patients forward.
This is an outpatient role where your partnership with the Physical Therapist matters, your treatments have purpose, and your schedule is designed to support great care instead of rushing through it.
Here, PTs lead the plan of care and PTAs help execute it with precision, giving patients the consistent support they need to recover, improve function, and get back to the life they want.
Why This PTA Role Feels Different
This role is designed so PTs and PTAs can practice the way rehabilitation is meant to work.
- 40-Minute Appointments You have time to deliver treatment, monitor progress, and complete documentation without feeling rushed.
- No Double Bookings or Overlap Focus on the patient in front of you while supporting the PT’s treatment strategy.
- True PT + PTA Collaboration You work closely with the Physical Therapist to carry out the plan of care and guide patients through meaningful progressions.
- One-on-One Outpatient Care Patients receive focused attention, and clinicians get the time needed to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Structured Days That Stay Manageable A steady schedule that supports high-quality care without burnout.
A Clinic Built Around Physical Therapy
Fusion Rehab & Wellness is an independent, therapist-owned outpatient clinic founded by Dr. Travis H. Stoner, built around a simple idea:
Patients deserve exceptional care, and clinicians deserve an environment that supports them doing their best work.
The clinic has grown because patients trust the results. With 550+ five-star reviews and multiple “Best Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy Services” awards, patients arrive motivated and committed to their recovery.
That matters for clinicians because when patients are engaged, progress happens faster and work feels more rewarding.
The Patients You Will Help Treat
You will support PTs in treating a diverse outpatient population that keeps your skills sharp and your days interesting.
- Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Helping patients recover from injury and return to activity.
- Neurological and Vestibular Therapy Supporting patients in regaining balance, stability, and function.
- Prenatal and Postnatal Care Helping patients navigate recovery and strength during major life transitions.
- Aquatic Therapy Expanding treatment options with water-based rehabilitation.
