Are you a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys helping patients get back to doing what they love? We’re looking for a friendly, team-oriented PTA to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Los Angeles!

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapeutic interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, in accordance with the established plan of care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional training, gait training, balance activities, and mobility exercises.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of treatments, patient responses, and progress.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, safe movement, and strategies to support recovery.
• Build positive relationships with patients and encourage their active participation in rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and fellow team members to provide a welcoming, supportive patient experience.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, active California Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• A genuine interest in helping patients improve their quality of life.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based outpatient setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

New graduates are welcome to apply!

Previous outpatient experience is a plus, but we’re happy to consider candidates at different stages of their careers.
