  • Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional activities to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and overall function.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive clinic culture focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Valid Nebraska Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary orthopedic setting.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to teamwork and professional growth.

What We Offer:

  • A supportive, collaborative culture where therapists work closely with orthopedic specialists and assistants within a high-quality care setting.
