Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Autumn Lake at Arcola | Silver Spring, MD $37–$41/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy team at Autumn Lake at Arcola. Work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while providing hands-on treatment that helps residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function.

What You'll Do

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through strengthening, gait training, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility activities
• Follow established treatment plans and support individualized rehabilitation goals
• Observe resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising PT
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises and safe movement techniques
• Complete clear and timely treatment documentation
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident recovery

Qualifications

• Active Maryland PTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing quality, resident-centered rehabilitation
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply
