$28–$36/hr | Base rate commensurate with experience + performance bonus program

About HolistiCare Physical Therapy

HolistiCare Physical Therapy is a locally owned, patient-centered outpatient clinic serving a diverse community across two Honolulu locations. We specialize in holistic, movement-based care with an emphasis on manual therapy, individualized treatment, and long-term wellness — not high-volume, assembly-line PT.

We believe in treating the whole patient, building meaningful relationships, and empowering people with the tools to improve their health without over-reliance on medication.

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled PTA-level treatment under the supervision of a licensed PT, with a focus on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance, gait, and functional mobility
• Follow individualized plans of care and actively contribute clinical observations to the supervising PT
• Educate patients on self-management, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Document accurately in our EMR following clinic standards
• Support patients from diverse backgrounds, including elderly, underserved, and multilingual populations
• Participate in monthly mentorship sessions and continuing education activities

What We're Looking For

• Current Hawaii PTA license in good standing
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine compassion for patients
• Skilled in exercise instruction; openness to developing manual therapy skills
• Organized, dependable, and committed to professional growth

Bonus (not required):

• Multilingual — Cantonese or Mandarin a strong plus
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy, or geriatrics
