Job Description
EMJ Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our Brooklyn location.
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality patient care.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide appropriate physical therapy treatments
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare providers regarding patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current New York State Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred
Pay: $47.00 - $55.00 per hour
