About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at The Orchards at Redford, a premier healthcare provider dedicated to delivering top-notch care to our patients. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and patients, providing individualized rehabilitation programs to help them achieve their full potential.

Pay starts at $50.00 per hour and increases based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to meet their unique needs
• Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/ Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
