About Us

iBack Check Physical Therapy is a growing, locally owned outpatient practice in Elk River. We're located inside the Furniture and Things Community Center, alongside a fieldhouse and two sheets of ice, and right next to the high school — it's truly a great place to work, with access to so many athletes. We're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to build a long-term career with a practice that's actively growing, not just filling a caseload.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat a full caseload of outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy patients
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with our chiropractic team and administrative staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Minnesota PT license
• Manual therapy skills required
• Dry needling certification recommended, but not required
• New graduates and early-career PTs are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient outcomes
