What they need
About the Job
Cloudline Physical Therapy is a PT-owned and operated outpatient practice founded in Philadelphia with a simple belief: great care starts with great relationships. As we continue to grow, we are looking for physical therapists who care deeply about their patients, their craft, and the team around them.
Our culture is grounded in three core values: Intentional, Invested, and Artisanal . We are thoughtful in how we care for patients and make decisions. We invest in our people, our relationships, and our communities. And we take pride in our craft, continually working to become better clinicians and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
We are looking for clinicians who want more than a place to treat patients. We want people who are engaged in their work, eager to continue developing, and excited to contribute to a collaborative and growing organization.
About Cloudline
- Therapist-owned and operated outpatient physical therapy practice with multiple locations throughout Philadelphia.
- Strong emphasis on clinical excellence, mentorship, continuing education, and professional development.
- A supportive, collaborative culture where clinicians are encouraged to learn from one another and contribute to how we practice.
- A relationship-driven approach to care that prioritizes individualized treatment, communication, and meaningful patient outcomes.
- A growing organization where team members can contribute ideas and help shape our continued development.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of outpatient orthopedic conditions and develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care.
- Deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care while building strong therapeutic relationships.
- Manage patient cases effectively through clinical decision-making, communication, documentation, and appropriate progression of care.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to continually improve clinical standards, patient experience, and company best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and responsibly manage scheduling, caseload, and established performance expectations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, referral partners, and the broader healthcare community.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continued clinical learning and excellence within the physical therapy profession.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who will be a steward to our values and genuinely cares about being a great physical therapist. The ideal candidate is compassionate, communicative, dependable, and motivated to continually improve their craft.
We value people who recognize problems, communicate openly, and take initiative to help solve them. You should be comfortable working collaboratively while also taking ownership of your patients, responsibilities, and professional development. Most importantly, we want teammates who contribute positively to the experience of both our patients and the people they work alongside.
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
