Physical Therapist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Medicare-certified, outpatient rehabilitation agency, we are committed to restoring motion and ensuring our patients will function at their personal best through skilled treatment, intervention and rehabilitation .

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement personalized, effective care plans based on individual patient assessments.
• Utilize skilled interventions and goal oriented programs to improve function and mobility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Document patient care using EMR systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulations.
• Supervision of support staff

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. (Open to discussing opportunities with current PT student applying for licensure.)
• History and clinical experience as a PT.
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated for an outpatient clinic
• Full Time or Part Time available. Benefits are with full time employment only.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
