Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
• Educate patients throughout their recovery process
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and patient experience

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for orthopedic and sports physical therapy
• New graduates encouraged to apply
