Physical Therapist

Join our dynamic and patient-centered team at Advance Core Physical Therapy & Wellness in Chicago. We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care and helping patients restore movement, confidence, and overall well-being.

At Advance Core, we take a whole-body, integrative approach, combining orthopedic and pelvic health with breath, posture, and core system coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment—pelvic floor experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn and expand.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, including orthopedic and functional movement assessments, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement evidence-based care plans focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Integrate a whole-body approach, including posture, breathing mechanics, and core system function.
• Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, pelvic health (when trained), prenatal/postnatal, and post-surgical cases.
• Educate patients on self-care strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Document patient care accurately using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license (or eligible)
• Strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation and movement analysis
• Interest in holistic, whole-body treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Experience with EMR documentation

Preferred (but not required)

• Interest or experience in pelvic floor therapy / women’s or men’s health
• Experience with manual therapy techniques, dry needling, or functional movement training
• Background in working with prenatal/postnatal patients, athletes, or active populations

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
