Physical Therapist – Full-Time or Part-Time

INSPIRE Physical Therapy & Wellness is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This position serves a thoughtfully clustered region around Norwich, Montville/Uncasville, Franklin and Bozrah.

We provide mobile outpatient physical therapy through one-on-one, 60-minute visits. Our therapists have the time, flexibility and autonomy to deliver meaningful care without the high-volume demands of a traditional clinic or home health agency.

Position Options

• Part-time: minimum of 18 visits per week
• Full-time: minimum of 26 visits per week
• Mileage reimbursement between clients
• Administrative and clinical support
• Caseload developed around your location and availability

You will not be expected to cover all of southeastern Connecticut. This position is specifically intended to serve the Norwich, Montville/Uncasville, Franklin and Bozrah region.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to individualized, client-centered care

INSPIRE Physical Therapy & Wellness is a therapist-owned mobile outpatient practice serving adults throughout southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. Since 2020, we have helped clients improve their strength, balance, mobility and independence in the environments where daily life actually happens.

Pay: $54.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 35.0 per week
