About Us: Little Champs Therapies is a child-centered clinic dedicated to helping children gain key movement and communication skills. We deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapy in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Position Summary: We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to assess and treat gross motor, balance, strength, and mobility challenges in children. This position collaborates daily with families and our multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessments: Evaluate physical abilities, gross motor development, strength, and coordination.
• Treatment Plans: Build tailored, goal-oriented therapy programs based on evidence-based strategies.
• Direct Intervention: Lead 1-on-1 therapeutic sessions focused on mobility, gait training, balance, and functional play.
• Caregiver Integration: Educate parents and provide actionable home exercise programs.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor outcomes, pivot treatment strategies as needed, and keep accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active State Licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
