Physical Therapist

Role: A dedicated Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and create personalized therapy plans.
• Deliver skilled treatments using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and assistive device use.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
• Complete accurate documentation and participate in discharge planning.
• Mentor support staff and students, engage in quality improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• One to two years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver compassionate care.
