Position: Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Create and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on care including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Track patient progress with clear, compliant documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise and support PTAs and clinic staff as appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Delaware Physical Therapy license (or eligibility prior to start date)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning
• New graduates welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus but not required
• Specialty certifications (OCS, manual therapy, dry needling, etc.) are a bonus—not a must
