FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) in Rowlett, TX to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants more than a standard staff role — offering input into clinic culture, strong mentorship, and room to grow as the clinic expands.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro
• Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Texas PT license (or license-eligible)
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic
