We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist who thrives in a fast-paced orthopedic setting and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems
• Collaborate with clinical staff and referring providers to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters (MPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
