Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Rehab team. Under the general direction of the Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating patient needs and delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with medical direction, clinical judgment, and available facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Care: Subjectively and objectively evaluate patient conditions and formulate appropriate, personalized treatment plans.
• Treatment Execution & Monitoring: Provide physical therapy treatments, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and professional medical documentation using the SOAP format in accordance with department policies.
• Reporting: Regularly submit progress and discharge reports to referring physicians and other referral sources.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the safety, privacy, and well-being of patients during treatment while maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe therapy environment.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members and potentially serve as a Clinical Instructor for physical therapy students.
• Department Operations: Coordinate with Purchasing and Central Supply Room (CSR) for necessary supplies, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT).
• Licensure: Passed the Physical Therapy Licensure Examination (PRC license required).
• Experience: Open to entry-level or experienced licensed Physical Therapists.
