Pay: $85,000–$100,000/year full-time | $45–$55/hour part-time | $75–$90 per house-call visit

About us
Trident Therapy is a multidisciplinary rehab practice (PT, OT, SLP, ATC) owned by a PT. We see patients in three ways: in our Ormond Beach clinic, in our new South Daytona clinic, and in patients' homes. Most of our patients are Medicare, plus a growing number of active adults. Our South Daytona site also offers laser, dry needling, compression, sauna and cold plunge, all under one roof.

The role
We're hiring one full-time PT or two part-time PTs to cover both clinics and our house-call caseload. Tell us which you want. We'll build the schedule around the right person.

What you'll do

• Do evaluations, write plans of care and treat a mostly Medicare caseload in the clinic and in patients' homes
• Supervise PTAs and support staff as needed, following Florida rules
• Document in Prompt EMR on time and in line with Medicare rules
• Work with our OT, SLP and ATC team on shared patients
• Help grow our cash-pay services (laser, dry needling, recovery) if you're interested

Requirements

• Active Florida PT license, or eligible to get one
• Valid driver's license, reliable car and auto insurance (for house calls)
• Comfortable treating older adults, including in their homes
• New grads welcome, with a mentor

Nice to have

• Florida dry needling certification
• Home health or mobile outpatient experience
• Experience supervising PTAs
