Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient evaluations to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients, focusing on strengthening, mobilizing, and educating them on proper techniques
• Develop and implement creative and effective treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient results
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices by attending continuing education courses and workshops

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited institution
• Current Board Certification in Physical Therapy (BPTh)
• Minimum of 0 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist
