Physical Therapist

With low patient-to-therapist ratios, 60-minute evaluations, and 30–60-minute follow-up visits, The Rehab Group is one of the few outpatient clinics in the Murrieta and Temecula area that gives you the time to provide thoughtful, individualized care. We are a small private practice with 3 local offices, owned and operated by a physical therapist.

We're looking for a physical therapist who enjoys working with people, has a strong interest in orthopedics, and wants to continue developing their clinical skills. You'll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and treat patients using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, and sound clinical reasoning. We want you to have the time to understand each patient's condition, work through challenging cases, and make meaningful progress, not just move from one patient to the next. New grads are absolutely encouraged to apply as well, and we do accept PTLA status if needed. We're looking for someone who is curious, motivated, open to feedback, and excited to grow into a confident clinician as part of a collaborative team. Applicants must have a DPT/MPT or bachelors degree in physical therapy and an active California PT license or be eligible for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
