Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist at Hess Physical Therapy, you will assess, plan, and execute customized treatment programs for patients of all ages. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals and regain function, mobility, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions to improve patient mobility and relieve pain.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for continued care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility for state licensure).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
