Compensation & Earning Potential

• Estimated Annual Earnings: $110,000–$140,000+, with the opportunity to earn more based on visit volume.
• Competitive Per-Visit Pay: Compensation based on experience and visit type.
• Sign-On Bonus Starting at $2,500: Bonus amount based on experience.
• Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for work-related travel.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• At least one year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, properly insured vehicle.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend availability
Work Location: On the road, providing care in patients' homes.
