Pediatric Licensed Physical Therapist with Mrs. K Therapy-New Kissimmee/Poinciana Clinic:

Job Overview
We're seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. Experience with pediatrics, early childhood intervention, behavior analysis, or human development is beneficial. You will work closely with patients and must accurately document their current condition and progress.

Duties:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patient outcomes

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Valid PT license in the state of practice

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus

• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary

-$50-$60 commensurate with experience and qualifications

-Compensation is based on Billable hours, 60 and 30 minute therapy sessions with an hourly split. Mandatory PTA's (compensation for PTA's).
