  • Address physical limitations affecting mobility, transfers, posture, coordination, and participation in daily activities.
  • Support neurodivergent individuals and individuals with IDD through individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Assess the need for assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and mobility supports, providing appropriate recommendations and training.
  • Educate caregivers, family members, and support staff on therapeutic exercises, safe mobility techniques, positioning, and strategies to promote functional independence.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable state regulations, professional standards, and payer documentation requirements.
  • Travel to assigned client locations throughout the Las Vegas area.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in community-based settings.
